Review each offer with you, make sure the buyers are financially qualified, prepare counter offers and negotiate the strongest offer while protecting your interests.
Open escrow with an accepted offer, making sure that the buyer’s earnest money is deposited timely, deliver disclosures to the buyer’s agent, coordinate all inspections and reports as needed, coordinate the appraisal and provide strong comparable sales to support the offer price, work with the lender to ensure the loan is tracking on time, and keep escrow on track to close the contract.
